Presser Video: Hughes Thinks Cornerbacks Will Be OK

STARKVILLE | The big matchup to watch this weekend in Houston will be Oklahoma State’s passing game versus MSU’s secondary – specifically, MSU’s cornerbacks. They’re replacing a pair of starters there, but the talk at today’s press conference is those guys should be able to handle themselves.

Safety Jay Hughes has been very impressed with how the corners have progressed in preseason camp.

“It’s hard to run away from our corners, man – any of them,” Hughes said.
