Mississippi State looks to improve its 11-1 record, the best start since the 2008-09 season, Friday night as the Bulldogs host “Christmas at the Hump” and Southeastern Louisiana at 7 p.m.
In addition to Bully’s Kidz Kourt, fans can have pictures made with Santa beginning at 6 p.m. There will be special “Reindeer Games” at halftime, as well as Storytime with Santa on the court.
Admission to the contest is $5 for adults and free for youth high school age and under.

Following a 72-62 win at North Dakota State Tuesday, the Bulldogs return to a home court where they have won 11 of their last 12 games and 14-straight non-conference tilts.
Reigning SEC Player of the Week Martha Alwal paced the Bulldogs in Fargo, registering her third double-double of the season and 22nd of her career with a career high-tying 25 points and 15 rebounds.
Alwal rates sixth in the SEC in scoring with 16.0 points per game, but she is connecting on shots at a 59.8-percent clip that is second in the league.
The Worthington, Minn., native also ranks fourth in the league in rebounding with 9.1 per game while topping the conference with a 2.6 blocks average.
Junior Kendra Grant and senior Katia May also reached double figures against the Bison on Tuesday.
Grant added 14 points to raise her season tally to 13.7 points per game. The Richland, Miss., native, a starter in all 72 games of her career, has recorded 10-plus points in 12 of her last 15 games going back to last season.
May contributed 10 points in addition to six rebounds and six assists. The York, Ala., native has been efficient at the point, dishing an SEC third-most 6.4 assists per game while compiling a 2.9 assist/turnover ratio that is second in the league.
The Bulldogs face a Southeastern Louisiana squad that has lost nine-straight games since a season-opening victory against Mobile in the team’s lone home contest.
The Lady Lions average 62.3 points per game, with Symone Miller’s 14.7 average leading the way.
Nanna Pool tops the team on the boards with 9.4 per contest.
Elizabeth Styles recently returned to the point for SELA after missing six games. She is averaging 11.5 points, 6.3 assists and 2.8 steals per game.
